I recently read Jane Eyre, and was captivated but how each character seem to come to life in my head.
At
the beginning of the book, Jane Eyre is just ten years old and an
orphan living with her aunt and cousins who absolutely despise her. She
is then sent of to boarding school. She stays there for six years as a
student and two years as a teacher. After that she decides to go and
make a better life for herself.
She becomes the governess of a young french girl in the ward of a mysterious man named Edward Rochester.
Jane is then plunged head long into a tale of romance, lies, love, family, and friendship.
I enjoyed this book immensely, it was written fantastically. It is definetly a classic worth reading.
